Our approach begins by strengthening the organizations closest to entrepreneurial talent: Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESOs). Through a structured, collaborative, and locally-based model, we help these organizations expand their impact, strengthen their capabilities, and lead more sustainable and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Our model is built around three fundamental pillars: specialized training for ESOs (Conecta Academy), incubation programs designed collaboratively at the local level, and a regional community that fosters collaboration among the ecosystem’s key players.
Bridge for Billions is a global organization with a strong local presence, dedicated to strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems in Latin America, Africa, and Europe. We collaborate with public institutions, private partners, and support organizations to offer more inclusive, sustainable, and effective entrepreneurship programs.

Since 2020, Bridge for Billions has partnered with international stakeholders, local teams, and grassroots organizations to launch incubation programs for early-stage entrepreneurs. We are proud of the impact we’ve made and excited to go much further with Conecta Africa

1. Commitment to incubation: Organizations that support early-stage entrepreneurs or are preparing to launch structured incubation programs.
2. Committed leadership: A founder or senior executive committed to participating in all core components of Conecta Africa, including the institutional strengthening process (Conecta Academy) and community activities.
3. Dedicated program manager: An incubation manager who has completed incubation training and is responsible for leading the annual incubation program.
4. Alignment with Inclusion and Impact: A clear commitment to supporting women, youth, or entrepreneurs in the healthcare sector.
5. Co-investment Capacity: Willingness and ability to co-invest in institutional growth and team development through the Conecta membership fee.
This program offers an opportunity for leaders of entrepreneurship support organizations (ESOs) in Africa. By participating in the program, you’ll become part of a community of organizations working together to make the entrepreneurial ecosystem more inclusive and cohesive.
Your organization will receive training in inclusive entrepreneurship from the Bridge for Billions team. You will specialize in creating and launching incubation programs that make an impact at the local level. You will learn how to use the incubation platform for your entrepreneurs, who will be the beneficiaries of the programs you create. In addition, you will become part of a community of transformative organizations both nationally and internationally.
